Ink cartridge filling method/step

1. Add points to the printer first. Then open the lid and automatically move to the removal position. Then press down to remove the ink cartridge. (The specific removal method may be related to the printer, please refer to the printer manual)

2. When taking out the ink cartridge, prepare a piece of clean paper and put the ink cartridge on it.

3. There is a piece of adhesive tape on each ink cartridge, and there is usually an ink filling hole under the adhesive tape. You can see it just by tearing it off gently (do not discard the tear tape, and stick it with tape after replenishing the ink).

4. Buying ink generally has a more convenient ink port, so be careful to add too much ink. Because there will be bubbles. Add it gradually. Add the recommended ink to the tape to seal the hole. This prevents ink from splashing out and dust from drifting in. (Generally, it is recommended to add ink when there are two or three ink bottles, and the specific ink bottle size will be explained)

5. The original ink cartridge does not have an ink hole. But you can see a concave point, you can open the ink hole yourself. You will need to make a hole with a knife. Do not let the plastic fall in during the opening process, and apply ink according to the method described above (opening the cover by yourself will lose the ability to read the ink level of the original ink cartridge, but the test does not affect the use)

6. After adding ink, if the printed ink is lighter, you need to clean the nozzle in the settings (not by yourself, in the printer driver settings), and the effect will change.

Cartridges and Ink No Ink

Reason 1: The print head is not returned to the protective cover or not loaded in time, so that the print head is exposed to the air for too long, and it becomes dry and blocked.

Solution 1: Put the print head vertically on the high-quality tissue, and use the strong water absorption of the tissue to suck out the clogged debris.

Solution 2: Adsorption with tissue paper is still ineffective. You may wish to soak the print head with warm water (the water temperature depends on the degree of blockage. Generally, the blockage is more stubborn and the water temperature should be higher) to soak the print head (note: do not wet the ink cartridge tray). When there is a small lump of thick ink, you can take out the ink cartridge, then clean the tissue and dry the printing water before use (color ink cartridge jammed, do not use this method lightly, because this method consumes more ink, generally try to use tissue to absorb).

Prevention method: After printing, make sure to put the print head back in the protective case. Do not leave the print head in the replacement position for too long, and replace it with a new ink cartridge immediately.

Reason 2: There are small air bubbles at the ink outlet.

Solution: Use the print head cleaning tool to clean the nozzle of the print head. If repeated cleaning still cannot improve, do not take out the ink cartridge, and store it in the machine for several hours, it may improve.
