HY-F-B Capsule UV Ink Filter Description

1. Strong UV filtration capabilities specifically characterize the HY-F-B UV capsule ink filter. It can effectively prevent ultraviolet rays, which plays an important role for printers using UV-curing ink. The optimal printing condition of printers can be realized because this filter prevents harmful ultraviolet rays from coming into contact with the ink, making sure that the ink is not cured or hardened prematurely. In this way, the ink can be used reasonably and effectively.

2. The actual surface area of the HY-F-B UV ink filter in the filtration process reaches 1600 mm². Most of the filtered media remain on the surface of the filter material, so the larger the filter area, the more media can be accommodated, and the longer the life of the filter.

3. The maximum particle of 5 um is allowed to pass through when the solution containing impurities passes through the UV ink filter HY-F-B.

The filter needs to be replaced regularly. Recommended replacement cycle: 3 months

Excessive impurities intercepted will cause unstable pressure drops and damage the positive and negative pressure systems. In severe cases, it will cause the ink to drip and empty.
