Mutoh DX5 Print Head (DF-49684) Description

This Mutoh VJ-1604 printhead (part number is DF-49684) is designed for use in the Mutoh ValueJet printer series to deliver high-speed, high-resolution printing with eco-solvent and mild solvent inks.
This genuine Mutoh DX5 printhead is solvent-based and includes a 24-digit head ID.

Featuring a native resolution of 1440 dpi, the VJ-1604 printhead has 8 nozzle lines (equivalent to 8 independent ink channels) with 180 nozzles per line. The printhead supports 4-color printing (2 channels per color) and offers a variable droplet size ranging from 1.5 picoliters to a maximum of 21 picoliters. It operates at a firing frequency of 8 kHz.
