HY-F-B Capsule Ink Filter Description

1. The actual surface area of the HY-F-B ink filter in the filtration process reaches 1600 mm². Most of the filtered media remain on the surface of the filter material, so the larger the filter area, the more media can be accommodated, and the longer the life of the filter.

2. The maximum particle of 5 um is allowed to pass through when the solution containing impurities passes through the ink filter HY-F-B.

3. With its mesh size of 30 micros, it can effectively remove all the impurities from the ink to preserve ink cleanliness, thus no harmful particles get into the print head. In this way, the life of the print head can be prolonged effectively.

The filter needs to be replaced regularly. Recommended replacement cycle: 3 months
Excessive impurities attached to the surface of the filter element will cause serious obstruction of ink flow and ink interruption. Excessive impurities intercepted will cause unstable pressure drops and damage the positive and negative pressure systems. In severe cases, it will cause the ink to drip and empty.
