Return and Refund

1. Applicable circumstances for return and refund:

All items (except print heads) can be returned if they are in their original condition. The print head must be in its original condition and not installed on the machine. After communication with the salesperson, it can be returned. If it is a customer's mistake such as the customer purchasing the wrong model, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

"Consumable" items (such as ink dampers, filters, ink tubes, wipers, and cappings, etc.) cannot be returned if they have been used or contain ink.

You accept the responsibility for the correct installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare parts, please get in touch with a trained service technician to install it.

 

2. Time limit for accepting returns:

All items can be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the after-sales team agrees to the return, the product can be returned but the product must be kept in its original condition. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer.

 

3. How long will it take to respond after initiating a return and refund request:

After receiving a return and refund request, our staff will communicate with you within 24 hours. In case of holidays, the response will be postponed.

 

4. How long will it take for consumers to receive a refund:

After the package is returned to the warehouse, we will arrange for someone to check whether the product meets the refund requirements. If it meets the refund requirements, we will return the price of the product paid by the customer within seven days from the date of receipt of the returned product (the original shipping fee is not refundable in the refund). The specific arrival time depends on the user's payment method.

Note: The premise of the refund conditions is that the product must remain intact. If the product is damaged or vandalized during use, the merchant has the right to refuse the refund application.

Return fee: You need to bear the return shipping fee, including customs clearance fee, etc.

If you do not receive a refund within the specified time, you can contact our customer support team to solve the problem for you.

After receiving the package, please contact our support team immediately if there are any problems, including but not limited to the following reasons:

First, please check whether you have received all the packages related to the order. Then empty each box you received, sometimes small parts get stuck in the gaps or packaging materials. If you still can't find your items, please email customer service immediately. Include a description of the missing quantity and a picture of the entire package. We will forward them to our warehouse to check the monitoring records and packaging picture records.
