Ricoh Gen5 Printhead MH5420 Description

The Ricoh Gen5 uses a grayscale piezoelectric printhead with 1280 nozzles and can produce variable ink droplets, with a minimum ink droplet of 7pl and a maximum of 35pl. The physical resolution of the nozzle is 600 dpi.
The Ricoh Gen5 printhead is suitable for high-precision printing and can print directly on various materials. It can partially replace the application of traditional silk screen printing and obtain richer colors and higher efficiency than silk screen printing. It can break through traditional processes and achieve rapid development in the field of personalized product processing, such as glass, acrylic, wood board, ceramic tile, metal plate, PVC board, corrugated board, plastic, etc.
