Shipping Information:

JOHOPE ships orders from China to most countries in the world with the fastest shipping options at the most affordable rates. We currently provide the delivery by FEDEX/ DHL. You can choose your preferred shipping method from the options offered during the checkout process for each order.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order before making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 

2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits. 

Orders Tracking:

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

You can also track the processing status of your order at any time through your online store account. To view your orders, simply log in, and go to My Account for a list of your orders and their status. You can track your items on the carrier’s official website 24 hours a day.

2. It does not include any taxes, insurance, handling, duty (including but not limited to tariffs), or other similar charges, payment of which will be solely your responsibility. The actual freight varies according to specific situations.

Delivery Time:

Regarding in-stock parts, orders can generally be ready to ship within 3 days.

Once the goods are shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping methods you choose.
